A new Squadron,. Actioned the initial administration of approx. 100 personnel into new unit.

Travel Coordination, Expense Claim Admin, Pay and Allowances Admin, Database Management and Record keeping and maintenance. Financial, Allowance and Expense advice for over 300 personnel. Coordinated entire group travel and accommodation for 70 personnel for month long exercise in Norway.

Coordination of Travel and Administration for over 120 military personnel currently working within the NHS. Security Vetting Administration for new nurses and doctors joining Derriford Hospital.

  • Unit Admin - HMS Portland - Oct 21

Pay, Leave, Expenses and Travel Admin for 190 personnel. Busy training period involving utilisation of secondary job roles. These included fire-fighting, first aid and damage control management. Completed Logistic Inspection for Naval Command

Solo Administrator for Commando Logistic Regiment during COVID period. Most Staff on the base worked from home, role was to work from the base in Barnstaple. Close to 800 personnel helped with all manner of issues including Welfare and Medical Appointments during difficult period.

Travel booking, diary management, document editing and other duties carried out as Personal Assistant for High Ranking Officer.

Travel and Operational Administration (including Pay and Allowances advice and management) for 300 plus Marines during Op Baltic Protector. Involved working in Scandinavia, Germany and Lithuania. Duty staff and crew member of command team on HMS Albion as part of larger ships group.

Busy training Squadron of over 300 people. As well as usual administration duties this job also included training record maintenance and data entry tasks for all new qualifications achieved by personnel.

Coordinated in country flights and travel for approx. 3000 personnel.
