• Prepared the Economic and Financial Case for DHCW to migrate to the cloud from existing on-premise estate

- Helped produce a service costing model for On-Premise solutions, in readiness for migration to cloud

- Responsible for updating and escalating appropriately any financial risks arising, ensuring they are acknowledged and an action plan is put in place to help with mitigation

- Lead on the production of the business plan across the largest area of the organisation, providing challenge where relevant

- Responsible for overseeing the production of directorate budget reports from the ledger, Investigation of complex variances from plan and acting on changes required

- Responsible for the design and development of the Delegated Budgetary Control System and financial information systems including databases, developing financial procedures ensuring budget holders have access to relevant, reliable and accurate information

• Developed operating and Financial models for new and existing products – more specifically Impairment calculations (IFRS9) for existing products, and Activity Based Costing for new products
• Analysed and reported on Profit drivers – namely which demographics match to the most profitable APR segments
• In Depth analysis into the financial calculator tools which calculator interest/principal splits on a product offering basis
• Cost Efficiency – with the business being a growing business, I have done in deep dive analysis to see which variable offerings in contracts are no longer needed as the business grows to help achieve ultimate efficiency

In my interim role as Treasury Finance Manager (Aug-2019 - Mar-2020)

• Maintained Cash flow models and increased vision for senior management around where the dips and peaks were in the cashflow models, this helped to allow the utilisation of cash in a more efficient manner
• Liaised with Senior Management (CEO, Group CFO) about the funding of the business, which lenders would be best suited
• Liaised with external stakeholders (banks, lenders) about the most efficient approaches moving forwards, and managed the relationships
