As a scaffold supervisor, I am responsible for overseeing the scaffolding operations on two major tower block projects - one 17-storey and one 10-storey. My role involves coordinating the erecting and dismantiling of scaffold requirements for the removal and insulation of cladding works, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing a team of scaffolders to ensure smooth communication and progress, conducted regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship, and provided training and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

As a Assistant Health and Safety Advisor, I was responsible for supporting the implementation of health and safety protocols across various sites. I assisted with audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and contributed to the preparation and review of risk Assessments and Method statements (RAMS). My role involved ensuring that operatives adhered to the outlined method statement during their tasks. Additionally, I regularly checked the condition and certification of P.P.E and harnesses to confirm they were in date and fit for purpose, thereby maintaining a safe working environment for all the team members.

As a supervisor, U am responsible for overseeing daily projects to ensure they are executed efficiently and within the set timelines. I liaised with site managers to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations. My role involves, ensuring that Risk Assessments Method Statements (RAMS) are signed and adhered to, maintaining safety and compliance on site. I also conduct regular scaffold inspections to ensure the structural integrity safety of the scaffolding system, addressing any issues promptly to prevent delays and accidents. My focus is on maintaining standards of quality and safety while fostering a productive work environment.

As a scaffolding foreman, I was responsible for erecting and dismantling structures in compliance with SG4 ang TG20 guidelines, ensuring the safety and stability of the scaffold installations. I liaised closely with supervisors to understand project requirements and timelines, and attend site meetings to coordinate with other trades and ensure seamless integration of scaffolding solutions into the broader construction plan. My role required meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols, wit a focus to delivering high-quality scaffolding services that met client specifications and industry standards.

A s a labourer, I played a crucial role in supporting construction projects by assisting with the erection of scaffolding and ensuring the smooth operation of site logistics. My responsibilities included loading and unloading materials onto lorries, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and collaborating with team members to ensure safety standards were met. I also operated various hand and power tools, contributed to the efficient setup and dismantling of temporary structures, and supported skilled tradesman as needed. My role required a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, attending to detail, and the ability to effectively under pressure.
