• Support service users with their DLAs, like hygiene, comfort,eating and drinking, while meeting other basic needs.
• Transfer users to commodes, toilets, bathrooms,and rooms while meeting their hygiene needs.
• Different levels of observation under the mental health care conditions to help identify responses to treatment, and hospital escort in event of crisis and acute conditions.
