• Key responsibilities:
• Define, implement, and control inspection methods and procedures.
• Control of the quality of raw materials, product under process and final products and that of the means and methods used in production
• Ensure conformity of the finished product with contractual and legal requirements and with applicable norms and specifications.
• Provide support in all matters pertaining to quality such as materials inspection, Documentation, inspection, audits, etc.
• Diagnose causes of non-conformities or imperfection and propose improvements to optimize quality of production and/or installation.
• Perform internal audit of the quality system
• Carry out QC audit on fabrication drawings prior to in-process operations
• Assist the Contractor, Consultant and Client during the inspection and approval of company product or works.
• Conduct the sampling and testing of material and works.
• Conduct technical inspection on delivered materials from the supplier.
• Raise inspection request and assist the Contractor and/or Consultant on the process of inspection and approval of the materials or works.
