Technical Skill: Ethan assisted in the assembly and measurement of materials. He showed a quick ability to learn carpentry techniques and applied them accurately under supervision.
Site Preparation & Demolition: He was instrumental in the removal of old garden sleepers and the dismantling of fencing, ensuring the site was cleared of debris and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
Reliability & Initiative: From his first day, he showed great initiative by proactively collecting and transporting materials. He was consistently punctual and adapted quickly to changing task requirements.
Professionalism: He conducted himself with kindness and consideration toward clients, representing the company positively at all times.
Ethan is a hard-working, motivated, and polite individual. He works exceptionally well in a team environment and is not afraid of physical labour or learning new skills. I have no doubt that he will be an asset to any employer.
While Ethan has a quiet and reserved nature, this translates into a focused and calm approach to his work. He is an excellent listener who observes instructions carefully before beginning a task. I found that he responds exceptionally well to direct guidance and encouragement; with a little bit of a push, he truly steps up to the challenge and delivers his best work.
