Summary

I am an experienced operations and practice support manager with a background in NHS primary care, responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of a busy GP practice. I currently manage a team of around 15–20 administrative and reception staff and support the practice leadership team with operational planning, recruitment, HR processes, performance management and compliance.

My role requires me to coordinate multiple workstreams across the practice, oversee service performance, manage patient complaints and support financial and operational decision making. I also act as the digital and IT lead, using my technical skills to improve systems, reporting and internal processes.

I work well in high-pressure environments and have strong organisational and stakeholder management skills developed through working closely with clinicians, external partners and regional organisations. With professional qualifications in Primary Care and Health Management and a strong interest in operational improvement and project delivery, I am looking to bring my experience into a new environment where I can continue to develop and contribute to complex programmes of work.
