We are building 5 blocks residential project with multiple many stories building. As subcontractors we carry out the RC and ground works assuring quality by a multiple check phase working system by us the site engineers that starts from the staking out to the pre pour QAs to the,pre hand over as-builds. Staking out the grid lines with higher precision for the other trades as we hand over to the main contractors.

Building the RC framed basement 2 blocks 6 stories staking out lines, points, giving the heights. Checking quality, pre-pour checks following the ITP documents reviewing RAMS.

As the man in charge of executing the civil works in a high voltage back up battery farm. Apart of the reinforced concrete I was doing levelling and staking out lines and points with Total Station and levelling Laser. Doing pre pour checking cube tests, keeping RAMS records, Q&As, approving permits(hot, digging, working at hight). Making sure we was complying with the ITP documents and when necessary rise NCR

Britannia Way, 3 multi stories(16,21,5) buildings RC framed

Executing technical drawings according to the design. Making sure H&S was followed on site. Executing pre-start health and safety task check according to RAMS documents, Reviewing the ITP documents , realising cube tests and pre pour tests. Performing QAs, stacking out columns, slab edges, upstands, leveling walls, staking out core stairs, transferring datums, using leica TS 16.

Hendon Waterside, 3 blocks multi store (10-12-15) buildings

Executed job procedures prioritising health and safety regulations. Supervised operatives to uphold quality assurance before final checks by principal contractor. Staked out components of framed RC design in accordance with construction drawings. Transferred levels across site to promote seamless building progression. Reported as-built information to project engineer and senior engineer. Reviewed risk assessment and method statement for every new task and after significant changes at work place.
