I was able to capiltize on my skills in visual merchandising and floor layout planning, therefore effectively boosting profitability by leveraging insights into best-selling items, underperforming lines, prevailing trends, and customer preferences. I used my initiative and effective leadership skills to take the responsibility of staff training, a role that left a lasting impact on the store's performance. As a result, our store consistently ranked among the top stores in the district. I also contributed significantly to the restructuring of back-of-house operations and stockroom management, resulting in a marked improvement in efficiency and organization.


Upon joining Superdry, I encountered an operationally disorganized store lacking structure. This was the perfect opportunity for me to utilize my effective skills and knowledge in the retail industry to revitalize the store. Despite the heavy workload, I consistently delivered results at a high standard, earning praise from regional managers.


In the last 12 months, I resided in Germany with the primary goal of immersing myself in the language, culture, and gaining a profound understanding of the German way of life. I undertook an intensive German language course at the University of Mannheim. This gave me a great boost in my personal growth and I am looking forward to keep enhancing my multicultural skills.


I am now actively seeking an opportunity to transition into a new and challenging career where I can apply my skills and dedication to drive success in a different industry.
