Oversee the end-to-end retrofit process of existing buildings, ensuring energy-efficiency upgrades are implemented in line with PAS 2035 standards, TrustMark, and relevant building regulations and funding schemes such as ECO4. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits, identify potential technical issues early, and craft medium-term retrofit improvement plans tailored to each property.
Coordinate closely with retrofit assessors, designers, installation teams, contractors, and clients—serving as the central liaison to ensure alignment across all stakeholders. Prepare detailed project plans, including energy modelling (e.g., RdSAP/SAP), carbon calculations, and options appraisals, to support funding applications and decision-making. Manage the lodgment process via TrustMark (or similar platforms) to maintain compliance and monitor grant eligibility and draw-downs. Conduct quality assurance site visits, ensuring installations meet technical expectations and energy performance goals.
